Product Selection Guide

Use this guide to narrow the correct AIRZOE product family before comparing individual models. It is a selection aid, not a substitute for the requirements of your equipment or compressed-air system.

Start with four decisions

  1. Connection

Confirm nominal port size and thread standard. AIRZOE listings may include multiple NPT sizes.

  2. Function

Decide whether you need filtration, pressure regulation, lubrication, or a combined assembly.

  3. Operating requirements

Check inlet pressure, desired outlet pressure, required airflow, temperature conditions, and media compatibility.

  4. Maintenance

Select a drain arrangement and bowl access that fit the installation and service routine.

Choose the product family

If you need... Start with...
Moisture and particle removal Air filters & water separators
Adjustable downstream pressure Air pressure regulators
Filtration and pressure control in one compact unit Piggyback filter regulators
A paired filter and regulator assembly Two-piece filter-regulator combos
Filtration, regulation, and lubrication Three-piece air preparation units or FRL assemblies

Then compare individual models

  • Port size and thread standard
  • Published flow specification and acceptable pressure range
  • Filter element specification where listed
  • Drain style and bowl configuration
  • Gauge, bracket, fittings, and other included items shown or stated in the listing
  • Physical dimensions and installation clearance
Do not select by appearance aloneProducts that look similar may have different port sizes, drain mechanisms, flow ratings, included accessories, or pressure ranges.
